CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – Cortland has a new city attorney.

On March 4, Randall Lewis was unanimously appointed at Cortland’s Common Council meeting. According to the Cortland Voice, Lewis’s salary will be $130,000.

He replaces former City Attorney AJ Meldrim, who left in December 2024 for a position in Cortland County Court, where he serves as principal court attorney.
