CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — Cortland County’s administrator is retiring. Rob Corpora has worked in the county for 34 years.

“On behalf of the entire Cortland County Legislature, I would like to express our deepest gratitude for Rob’s dedication to our County,” said Kevin Fitch, Chair of the Cortland County Legislature. “His leadership has been invaluable, and his legacy will continue to inspire us as we move forward.”

 The county will soon begin a search for a new administrator.

“We are confident that with the support of our community and dedicated staff, we will continue to move Cortland County forward during this period of transition,” said County Administrator Corpora. “It has been a true privilege to serve this wonderful community.

Corpora’s retirement date is May 29th.
