CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — A Cortland County man is accused of sexually abusing two people. 

Lee Wagner allegedly raped the first victim between 2022 and 2024 in the town of Scott, and the second victim between 2019 and 2024. Deputies say the 33-year-old knew both victims. Wagner was arrested Thursday and charged with felony rape, predatory sexual assault, sexual abuse, and two counts of criminal sex act.

Wagner, who was taken to the Cortland County jail without bail, will appear in Town of Scott court tomorrow night at 7.
