CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Despite the weather, Cortland Mayor Scott Steve says crews have remained hard at work on Main Street when the skies have opened up. 

Mayor Steve says the project to turn Main Street into two-way traffic remains on track for completion by the fall of 2024.
