ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ithaca Police are looking for someone who fired shots yesterday on Spencer Road. 

Witnesses told officers that a man leaned out of the passenger side of a silver sedan and fired roughly four shots before leaving. The suspect is described only as a Black male wearing a white shirt.
