WHCU has learned Virginia state troopers pulled a Jeep Cherokee over on I-95 around 9:40 Wednesday night carrying Tatiana David and the alleged abductor, identified by New York State Police as Michael Davis. David was found outside the vehicle with “an apparent gunshot wound.” An autopsy is scheduled today. The officers involved are now on temporary leave pending an investigation.
