MCGRAW, NY (CortacaToday) – A McGraw man awaits his day in court.

Just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024, authorities responded to McGraw Park in the Village of McGraw for a disorderly conduct complaint. When they arrived, Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies found Timothy Field, 38, sitting in the park. Field was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to another person and a child in the park. He is charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.

Field is set to appear in Cortlandville Town Court on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 11 a.m.
