DRYDEN, N.Y. (WHCU) — In Dryden, Second Wind Cottages is moving forward with plans to address housing for homeless women. 

 Recently on Ithaca’s Morning News, Executive Director David Shapiro explained the project.

They’re looking for some help. 

Shapiro says they hope to have the home completed by the end of summer.
