DANBY, NY (607NewsNow) — A voting location in Tompkins County could be eliminated.

The county’s Board of Elections is considering dropping the West Danby Fire Station as a polling place. Nearby residents would instead cast ballots at the Danby Fire Station or the Newfield Fire Hall.

Danby town officials are planning to schedule a meeting in February to share more information.
