This Saturday, September 14th from 2-7 p.m., Liquid State Brewing hosts its Oktoberfest Celebration with fun for all ages! A keg tapping at 2 p.m. with “O’Zapft Is” is followed by contests, games, corn hole, giant Jenga, a beer marionette, and Jimand Jay returning to host and MC the games. Running all weekend from 9/12 to 9/15, The Ithaca is Books Festival exists to celebrate the authors, performers, and storytellers who illuminate our world and introduce us to new ones. Events will be hosted all over town including readings and conversations with Jonathan Letham, Steven Salvatore, and Debbie Urbanski. There will be a book fair on the Commons on 9/14 and 9/15.
