VESTAL, NY (607NewsNow) — A business owner in Broome County is getting recognition.

Dragon Billiards Instruction Owner Kim Young recently received the 2025 Instructor of the Year Award from the Professional Billiards Instructors Association.

“It’s the highest award that is available in my industry,” Young told WIVT News 34. “It’s just a great recognition, really.”
