ULYSSES, NY (607NewsNow) — Lawmakers in Ulysses have yet to make a decision on a land donation.
The town is considering accepting a 15-acre property on Cold Springs Road. The land would be used for recreation.
Town Supervisor Katelin Olson said details are vague.
“We at this point have no development plans,” she said during a public meeting on April 22. “[The purposes] need to be determined by the community.”
Olson said possible uses include walking trails or pickleball courts.
The Town Board will continue its review tonight at 7 p.m. at Ulysses Town Hall.
