ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) – A Syracuse man is facing a felony after a sex abuse investigation in Ithaca.

Salah-Eddeen Mikki, an Uber driver from the Salt City, is accused of forcibly touching a rider in Ithaca on May 24. The victim says the 33-year-old Mikki parked at a nearby location, got into the back seat of the vehicle, and pinned them down. The victim managed to escape and call for help.

Mikki was arrested by Ithaca Police last Monday and charged with 1st-degree sexual abuse. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
