The unnamed staff members are on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of both a criminal and third-party probe.

To that end, when we were notified by law enforcement in October and December that there were ongoing investigations into staff members who allegedly committed acts of adult sexual misconduct in the school setting, the District took immediate action. Both staff members are on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the law enforcement investigations as well as a third party investigation done for the District. The District has been transparent and communicated with families in October and December via letter after learning about the investigations. The District has had the Advocacy Center of Ithaca come to the District to support students and staff on two separate occasions. We are committed to learning and understanding the facts regarding these allegations.”
