UNION, NY (607NewsNow) – State Police are looking for a horse that was reported stolen in Broome County.
The animal was taken between July 23 and 24 from a fenced-in property on Struble Road in the Town of Union.
The horse is a neutered male, or a gelding, named “Koda.” He has a grey coat with flecks of red and a darker muzzle. Koda has two identifying brands – one on his left shoulder and the other on the rear left flank.

According to troopers, the horse’s owners are especially concerned because he has dietary restrictions.
