ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Tompkins County is collecting bids for three substance use prevention and treatment services.
Harmony Ayers-Friedlander is with Tompkins County Whole Health. She says one program covers medically supervised withdrawal and residential stabilization services.
The other two programs are nearly 185 thousand dollars for primary prevention services and over 168 thousand dollars for a medically supervised outpatient clinic. In February, the Alcohol and Drug Council of Tompkins County closed without much public warning.
Bids are due by 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20th. Final awards will likely be announced by mid-September.
