The Office for the Aging (COFA) seeks candidates for its annual Outstanding Volunteer Award. If you know someone 60 or older who has made significant contributions to the community, submit your nomination to the Office for the Aging at 214 West State Street, Ithaca, New York, 14850.

Nominations should be in letter form and include activities, achievements, and reasons why you support the individual for the award. Contact information for you and your nominee should be included in the letter, which can also be submitted via email to COFA Deputy Director Caryn Bullis at cbullis@tompkins-co.org.
