ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — A new plan is now in place for Tompkins County.

Legislators unanimously agreed last week on the multi-year strategic operations plan. Tompkins County Administrator Lisa Holmes explained how the plan will work recently on Ithaca’s Morning News.

Holmes says government service will become more efficient and equitable, but it won’t happen overnight.

Holmes adds the plan will also help the county’s bottom line.
