Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office to be fully staffed for first time ‘in a couple of years,’ Van Houten says

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – Relief is coming for a key Tompkins County Department.

After a lengthy period of being understaffed, District Attorney Matt Van Houten says help is on the way.

The new attorneys will help a taxed staff keep up with caseloads.

Van Houten adds that the rehired attorney is familiar with his office’s operations and will save them valuable training time.
