OWEGO, NY (CortacaToday) — Crews will clean up a homeless encampment in Owego.
The site along Foundry Street was recently deemed a threat to public health. On Tuesday, the Tioga County Legislature approved spending $37,500 on the cleanup.
COVID-19 relief money from the American Rescue Plan Act will cover the cost.
