OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) — The Tioga County Legislature is recognizing a longtime member of law enforcement.

Deputy Sheriff Brian Henry retired on March 28. He spent over 28 years with the county and began as a corrections officer.

Legislators say Henry has been loyal and dedicated in his service.
