BINGHAMTON, NY (607NewsNow) – Three people face charges after a multi-agency detail in Broome County.
On February 5, multiple law enforcement agencies working in concert conducted an operation aimed at addressing violent crime and illegal drug activity in the western portion of the county.
After a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott, police say they found a gun and multiple controlled substances in Kenneth Jordan’s car. Jordan allegedly had a loaded 40. caliber pistol with a 14-round magazine, nearly 14 grams of crack, fentanyl, oxycodone pills, and cash.
The 61-year-old is charged with three counts of drug possession, including two with intent to sell, and two counts of gun possession, including one for having a loaded weapon outside of a home or business, and one for having a previous conviction.

Robert Stankevich, of Binghamton, was pulled over in Johnson City. After a search where authorities allegedly found 3 grams of meth, the 50-year-old was charged with misdemeanor drug possession.
Whitney Point man Donavan Stiglich, 22, was pulled over in the Town of Union. Police say Stiglich had 8 grams of meth. He was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession.
The multi-agency team consisted of members of the NYSP Troop C Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team, Troop C Community Stabilization Unit, Vestal Police Department, Endicott Police Department, Owego Police Department, and the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
