Update: 11:45 a.m. TC3 says the signing ceremony between the school and Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva has been postponed. A new date has not been announced.


DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) — TC3 is signing a transfer agreement. 

President Amy Kremenek and Hobart and William Smith Colleges President Mark Gearan will sign an agreement that guarantees acceptance and a scholarship from HWS for TC3 graduates with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

According to a statement, “The agreement will provide a clear and defined pathway for Tompkins Cortland Community College (TC3) students to pursue a baccalaureate degree at Hobart and William Smith Colleges (HWS).”

Presidents Kremenek and Gearan will sign the transfer agreement at the TC3 campus in Dryden on Thursday. May 1 at 3 p.m.
