CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — A former SUNY Cortland pitcher is continuing his baseball career.
Luis Misla will play in the MLB Draft League this summer. According to SUNY Cortland Athletics, there’s no word yet on what team the Florida native will be on.
Misla recently finished his senior season with the Red Dragons. He recorded a 2.03 ERA over 71 innings.

A standout performance for Misla came on April 25 against Plattsburgh. The left-handed pitcher threw a complete game and struck out 19 batters.
SUNY Cortland Head Baseball Coach Joe Brown said Misla had an “outstanding” two-year career with the team.
