CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — SUNY Cortland has a new head cross country coach.

Chad Dunham will lead the men’s and women’s teams. He’s been an assistant coach at Cortland for the past four seasons.

“I’m honored to be named the next head coach of cross country at Cortland,” Dunham said.

Dunham replaces Steve Patrick, who’ll now serve as Cortland’s director of cross country and track & field.

The Red Dragons enter the 2026 cross country season as the reigning SUNYAC champions on the men’s and women’s side.
