ULYSSES, NY (607NewsNow) — A road in Ulysses could see a lower speed limit.

The New York State Department of Transportation is preparing to conduct a speed study on Krums Corners Road. Town officials have heard concerns about excessive speed on the road.

Right now, the road has a speed limit of 55 mph. There’s no word yet on how drastically the limit would change.

Elsewhere in Tompkins County, several streets in Danby saw speed limit reductions earlier this year.
