BATH, NY (607NewsNow) — A 26-year-old Bath man is accused of threatening officers.
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard says Thomas Stark drove drunk Friday and sped through the towns of Campbell and Bath, going over 100 mph while on a suspended or revoked license. Deputies say Stark ran from a traffic stop and was tracked down by a K9 officer.
Stark allegedly claimed to have a bomb and threatened officers as they approached. Several charges have been filed against him, including making a terroristic threat.
