ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — A member of Ithaca’s Common Council wants change.

 Alderperson David Shapiro says the city should follow the Tompkins County Legislature model. 

Shapiro opposed a proposed raise for Mayor Robert Cantelmo, who’s asked for that amendment to be withdrawn.
