OWEGO, NY (CortacaToday) – Authorities in Tioga County are trying to locate a 47-year-old man who has been missing for over a month.

Investigators say Mark Klotz was last seen leaving an address on Church Street in the Town of Tioga on July 10, 2024. He was walking toward the Village of Nichols and possibly headed to Pennsylvania. Klotz has a tattoo of a gecko on his right shoulder and Chinese script on both legs.
