The Binghamton Rumble Ponies host their first home game of the season this evening. They’ll entertain the Hartford Yard Goats at 6:07 p.m. Once the game ends, fireworks will sparkle at Mirabito Stadium.
The Syracuse Mets begin their six-game series against LeHigh Valley tonight. The first pitch is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. All six games will be played at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, Pa.
Five straight wins for the Mets. They blanked the Marlins 2-0. A rematch happens today at 4:10 p.m. Clay Holmes will be on the mound for New York.
No luck for the Yankees. They lost to the Tigers 6-2. The teams meet again today at 1:10 p.m. Carlos Carrasco will pitch for the pinstripes.
The Cornell baseball team is on the road this afternoon. The Big Red visits Bucknell at 3:30 p.m. Cornell enters the game with a 10-10 overall record.
The Knicks have a tough test tonight. They entertain the Celtics at 7:30 p.m. Boston has won nine of its last 10 games.
The Nets host the Pelicans tonight at 7:30 p.m. Brooklyn is favored to win by two points.
The Sabres entertain the Hurricanes tonight at 7 p.m. Buffalo enters the matchup on a four-game win streak.
