VIRGIL, NY (607NewsNow) — Rough roads are being blamed for a propane truck crash in Virgil. 

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office says the crash Friday morning caused propane to leak on West River Road. A shelter in place order was issued for much of the afternoon while crews cleaned the scene.

No one was injured, and deputies say the crash was the result of wintry road conditions.
