ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — Cornell’s main administrative building is the target of vandalism.

The Cornell Daily Sun reports pro-Palestine activists went to Day Hall today and spray-painted “Israel bombs, Cornell pays.” The anonymous activists told the paper, the administration has been “working tirelessly to uphold Cornell’s function as a fascist, classist, imperial machine.”

University officials reportedly said acts of violence and destruction of property will not be tolerated. 

Cornell administrators are also negotiating with the United Auto Workers union over a new labor contract. Around 1,200 cooks, gardeners, and custodial staff are on strike.
