PREBLE, NY (CortacaToday) — A Cortland County town is considering crafting rules for short-term rental properties.

Preble is reviewing potential regulations. Town Supervisor James Doring is encouraging residents to give feedback.

“We sent letters out to all property owners in the town last week,” he said.

A public hearing is scheduled for August 12 at 7 p.m. at Preble Town Hall.
