Police: Freeville man spray-painted swastikas on home

FREEVILLE, NY (CortacaToday.com) — A Tompkins County man is facing charges.

On Thursday, State Police arrested 43-year-old Bryan Dickenson, of Freeville. He allegedly spray-painted swastikas on a home in the village.

Dickenson was charged with two counts of aggravated harassment. Police are continuing to investigate.
