CORTLANDVILLE, NY (607NewsNow) – Three people are accused of stealing from a store in Cortlandville.

Around 2:35 p.m. on December 31, authorities say they witnessed 30-year-old Linsey Cleland, of Freeville, 33-year-old David Towers Sr., of Cortlandville, and 36-year-old Shane Eggleston leave Marshall’s with over $2,000 of merchandise they didn’t pay for. The trio allegedly fled the scene in the same vehicle and were quickly pulled over and arrested.

Each is charged with grand larceny and misdemeanor conspiracy.

All three are scheduled to appear in Cortlandville Town Court at 1 p.m. on January 13.
