ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Plans are under review for a housing project in Collegetown.
The multi-unit building would be on Oak Avenue. It would have three above-ground floors and a basement.
Architect Mike Barnoski said garbage collection at the building would be convenient.
“We have doors into the trash area so that [garbage collectors] can bring out the dumpsters,” he said.
There would also be nearly 20 bicycle spaces at the site.
Ithaca’s Planning & Development Board will continue its review later this month.
