(CortacaToday) — Our pets of the week for this week start with Chilly (Top L) and Tarot (Top R) from CNY Snap. Chilly came to the shelter from the streets in December 2023 and was a terrified mother of two kittens. She is slowly learning to trust new people and has come a long way since her arrival. The shelter can be a bit overwhelming, so a quiet home with patient owners would be ideal for her. She is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and is up to date on her vaccines.
Tarot entered the shelter in October 2023. She had been living outside with her mom and siblings, so she is probably just under a year old currently. Although she is a bit nervous at the busy shelter, she is curious and likes attention, it just takes a little patience and time to get there. She is also spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and is up to date on her vaccines.
Next, we have Cali (Bottom L) and Mozart (Bottom R) from the Cortland County SPCA. Cali is a little over three years old and is sweet, friendly, and somewhat shy. She loves to play, but her favorite pastime with her human companions is cuddling.
Mozart is four years old and is the life of the party at the shelter, known for being goofy and affectionate. In addition to being energetic and playful, he is also very intelligent and picks up on new tricks and commands quickly. Mozart is good with kids and would fit in well with a family looking for a loyal companion.
