(607NewsNow) — Our pets of the week start with Tigger (Bottom L) and Chadwick (Bottom R) from CNY Snap.
Tigger is about 2 years old and currently in a foster placement. She was rescued from outside and came to CNY Snap with her three brothers as young feral cats. The foster mom has been helping her adjust to living with people and says she has become “a good house cat.” This girl needs an opportunity to continue learning what it’s like to be loved in a home and not fending for herself outside. Tigger has been spayed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and is microchipped and up to date on her vaccines.
Chadwick is approximately a year old and came to the shelter as a stray in August 2024. He’s a friendly boy that seeks out people for attention and head scratches. If you’re trying to pet another cat, he may push his head in the way. Chadwick is often found hanging out around other cats in the shelter and is overall a friendly fellow. He has been neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and is microchipped and up to date on his vaccines.
Next, we have Calliope (Bottom L) and Isabella (Bottom R) from the Cortland County SPCA. Calliope has lots of tricks and can follow commands well, all while having plenty of energy to play and keep you entertained. She is very sweet and affectionate, making a good fit for someone looking for a lively companion.
Isabella loves attention and being in the spotlight, preferring a home without other dogs so she can soak up all of her owner’s love. She loves to cuddle with her people and knows how to melt anyone’s heart with her puppy dog eyes.
