OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – Authorities have announced charges after a 4-month-long investigation in Tioga County.

On January 1, Tioga County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher Keener, of Owego. The 44-year-old is accused of stealing items in the Town of Candor and Village of Newark Valley.

Keener is charged with two counts of felony burglary, and felony grand larceny. He was remanded to Tioga County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
