Several weeks after downtown was downed by fire, United Way of Seneca County Executive Director Rhonda Jasper says recovery and relief continue. 

Jasper describes donations as ‘absolutely overwhelming.’ 

Last month, several businesses and apartments were destroyed by a fire, which tore through the downtown block.
