WAVERLY, NY (607NewsNow) – State Police have charged a Tioga County man with a felony.

On June 18, troopers arrested Timothy Davis, of Waverly, after an investigation into allegations made on June 10.

The 42-year-old Davis is accused of taking the victim’s bank card without permission and spending “thousands of dollars.” Davis is charged with grand larceny. He was transported to Tioga County Jail for arraignment and will appear in court at a later date.
