NEWARK VALLEY, NY (607NewsNow) — You can ring in the summer tonight in Tioga County.

Newark Valley Community Connection will host an ice cream social. The celebration will also feature hot dogs.

The event runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. It’s free to attend, though donations will be accepted.
