ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Traffic patterns on Tower Road are changing today. 

Two stop signs are posted for traffic headed east and west. The eastbound stop sign was placed in front of Weill Hall while the westbound stop sign is in front of Bradfield Hall.

Officials say the new signs are part of improvements to road and pedestrian safety in the area.
