ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – Canned green beans sold under Target’s Good & Gather brand have been recalled.

The voluntary recall for 14.5 oz. Good & Gather Green Beans have been pulled from shelves for possible foreign object contamination. The potential object was unspecified by the FDA and the recalling firm, Del Monte Foods.

A total of 8,242 cases, or nearly 200,000 cans, were distributed in 21 states nationwide, including New York.  The affected products have a Best If Used By date of October 28, 2026. See below for full product details.
