CORTLAND, NY (CortacaToday) — Several Cortland County groups could receive tourism grants.

Legislators are reviewing recommendations from the Convention & Visitors Bureau. Potential awards include $3,500 for Holiday in Homer, $8,000 for Cortland Arts Connect, and $10,000 for the 1890 House Museum.

In total, a dozen groups could receive grants. The funding comes from occupancy taxes.
