LANSING, NY (607NewsNow) — Lansing lawmakers are considering calling on the State Department of Transportation.
Town officials are reviewing a resolution that would request a speed limit reduction on Wildman Road. It involves dropping the limit to 15 miles-per-hour on school days between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The resolution states the road is primarily used by students.
The Town Board will discuss the matter tonight. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at Lansing Town Hall.
