A playmaker for the Jets is getting paid. Wide receiver Garrett Wilson has signed a four-year contract extension worth $130 million. Wilson has 14 touchdowns across three seasons in New York.

Yankees slugger Jazz Chisholm Jr. didn’t perform well in the Home Run Derby. He was eliminated after hitting just three dingers in the first round. Cal Raleigh from the Mariners was crowned champion of the derby.

Four players from the Mets will participate in tonight’s MLB All-Star Game. Francisco Lindor, Edwin Díaz, David Peterson, and Pete Alonso will suit up for the National League. The game starts at 8 p.m. in Atlanta.

The Sabres are bringing back a player. Defenseman Bowen Byram is returning to Buffalo on a two-year deal worth $12.5 million. Byram tallied 38 points on the ice last season.
