ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – An Ithaca man is facing several criminal charges.

On July 10, 40-year-old Justin Carl allegedly began following a 17-year-old from Dewitt Park just before 9:30 p.m.

According to the Ithaca Police Department, Carl caught up to the girl and “physically menaced and harassed her.”

Carl, who IPD says was not known to the girl, was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, menacing, and stalking, all misdemeanors.
