ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Two Ithaca men are under arrest after a drug trafficking investigation.
Police say 23-year-old Anthony Teutonico, Jr. and 20-year-old Kevin Krise were arrested early Wednesday morning on East Green Street. Officers say drugs, drug paraphernalia, and a dagger were found during a search of the home.
According to an IPD press release, “Mr. Krise was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree, a Class A misdemeanor, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B felony and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Mr. Krise was arraigned in the Ithaca City Court and released on his own recognizance.”
“Mr. Teutonico Jr. was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor. Mr. Teutonico Jr. was arraigned in the Ithaca City Court and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash, $2,000 credit or 10% of $2,000 on a partly secured surety bond.”
A third person was also apprehended during Wednesday’s execution of a search warrant, according to IPD. “Also located during the search warrant was 41-year-old Benjamin Sturdivant of Ithaca, NY, who had active bench warrants for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and harassment in the 2nd degree. He was subsequently arrested and brought to Ithaca City Court.”
