ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Ithaca College men’s basketball team has a new head coach.

Mike McSloy will lead the program. He previously coached at Drew University, where he won the Landmark Conference in the 2024-2025 season.

McSloy said he’s “honored and grateful” to lead the Bombers. He said he “can’t wait to get started.”

McSloy will begin working on June 30. He’s replacing Waleed Farid, who recently became the head men’s basketball coach at NYU.
